Our Earth & Fire Experience is a favorite among our clients! You will start in our Himalayan salt Cave tucked into a zero gravity chair for 45 mins, followed by 30 mins in our Infrared Sauna.
*please note that even though our Infrared Sauna is a medical grade 2 person sauna, we still consider it to be on the smaller side and encourage only one guest in there at a time. We want you to enjoy your experience and be able to stretch out. Due to this, when booking it will only allow you to book for one guest. Therapeutic Foot Soaks & Tea for Two
Come on in with your best friend for a warm and cozy Therapeutic Foot Soak and a hot cup of tea. We have been working hard creating beautiful blends of herbs and essential oils for our own signature soaks that will leave your feet feeling amazing.
Our Wellness Center is small and very cozy. We only can accommodate 2 people in our Foot Spa, but if you want to come in with more people we can move this feature into the Salt Cave as a add on to your Private Salt Cave Booking. |

Are you being really cautious with Covid and other illness that arise in the Fall & Winter which limits your ability to go to public places? Look n further! We are here to pamper you and hep you unwind in a clean and healthy atmosphere. .We have many spectacular choices to add on to your private Salt Cave experience. We can offer you and your group a private restorative yoga class, or how about a Sound Healing experience? Maybe you are up for sitting in there and chatting with friends while you soak your feet in one of our therapeutic foot soak. We have many options for you and here to help you design your experience. |

Join us for Restorative Yoga In Our Himalayan Salt Cave!
Reservation required. All you need to bring is a water bottle. We provide everything else. All levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged. Class size is limited to 6 guests. You will have a hands on assist in every posture. You can book an hour long private restorative yoga session in our Himalayan Salt Cave for yourself or bring 3 more guests with you starting at $200.00. (each additional guest is $50.00)

New Coming in February!Join Elaine O'Rourke for an evening of gentle flow yoga to help align your body and center your mind. This class is suitable for every body. Release the stress of the day completely as you enjoy an extended gong relaxation. Class size is limited to 6 guests. All equipment and props are provided for.. This class is only offered 2ce a month so reserve your space early.

Thermography Screening Breast Health/ Risk Assessment with Dr. Emily Maiella, Naturopath Dr. Emily will be here on Sunday April 30th 2023 for thermography screenings. When infrared imaging is added to clinical examinations and mammography, a 95% detection rate for all early stage cancers is reached. |
Community Fridays! We feel so fortunate to have survived as a small business this past year and now that we have reopened we want to be able to give back to the community that has supported us. We are excited to announce that Fridays are now Community Day here at Spirit Tree Wellness. Salt Caves during office hours will be 1//2 off when you come in before noon. 20% of salt cave Sessions for the day will be donated to a local non-profit. Our first non-profit is dear to Jennifer's heart, Wolf Hollow in Ipswich Ma. So grab some friends and book your Salt Cave experience any Friday and not only will you get a discounted rate, but you will be supporting a beautiful pack of wolves.
