The Didgeridoo Journey Meditation in a fully immersive, hour - long sound experience that takes you somewhere most people never get to go - deep into the landscape of your own inner world, guided by nothing but the ancient, resonant voice of the didgeridoo. 

Rooted in Aboriginal tradition and woven through the modern sound healing wisdom, this journey creates a space that is both profoundly safe and wildy expansive. Joseph opens the evening with a brief introduction - the story of the didgeridoo, its profound role in sound therapy, and hoe intentional journeying works. Then he begins to play. Three to 4 carefully selected didgeridoos played in long, unbroken sequences, fill the salt cave with vibrations so deep and so alive that your nervous system simply surrenders to them.
