Prenatal Massage - $130.00 Monthly -$120
A nurturing supportive session designed specifically for the changing body during pregnancy. Gentle, intention work helps relieve tension, reduce discomfort, and promote relaxation for both mother and baby.
Jennifer & Kate are both specially trained and certified in prenatal massage, providing thoughtful, supportive care tailored to each stage of pregnancy.
Youth Wellness Sessions
Gentle, massage and energy - bases sessions designed to support relaxation, comfort and overall well-being for children and teens. These sessions are tailored to support growing bodies through physical activity, posture habits, sports, and daily stress, helping encourage ease, regulation, and balance in a calm, supportive environment.
Comfortable clothing is recommended to support relaxation.

Reiki & Chakra Balancing Experience (60 minute) - $120.00 Monthly $110.00
A gentle, restorative energy experience designed to guide the body back into balance. Through light touch and the channeling of universal life force energy, the system is supported in releasing energetic congestion and returning to a more natural state of harmony. Attention is given to the chakra system and meridians, inviting alignment, clarity and inner spaciousness.

Reiki with Sound Integration Resonance Experience (75 minute) $155.00 Monthly $140.00
A deeply restorative energy experience designed to guide the bod into expanded relaxation and inner stillness.
The session begins with intuitive sound, allowing vibration to gently settle the nervous system and open a more receptive internal space, from there Reiki follows, supporting the body in entering a deeper state of balance, clarity, and energetic integration. The combination of sound and universal life force energy creates a layered experience of rest, presence, and internal harmony.

Air - Salt Cave Experiences
Held within the walls of glowing Himalayan salt, you are surrounded by the earth's quiet medicine. Negative ions and halotherapy creates subtle shift in the air, inviting deep rest and release. here, time slows. The body remembers how to soften.

Children's Salt Cave Experience - A 30-minute Guided Session (Ages 5- 12) $25 with paying adult.
A gentle, structured salt cave experience designed for children to rest, regulate and reset in a calm environment. A parent or guardian attends alongside the child.

The Grounded Exhale - $155
A grounding and restorative pairing designed to bring the body back to balance. Begin with therapeutic bodywork to release tension and reconnect to the physical body, followed by time in our Himalayan Salt cave, where the body eases into a deeper state of calm.
Ember & Earth -$155
A deeply restorative massage followed by time in our infrared sauna, where warmth continues to soften the body and ease lingering tension. This pairing invites muscles to release more fully, encouraging a deeper sense of relaxation, circulation, and overall renewal.
Rooted Tides $150
Your experience begins with a warm therapeutic foot soak to ground the body and quiet the nervous system before moving into the massage. From this place of deep settling, bodywork unfolds more fully - allowing tension to release with ease while the feet are worked into relaxation from the very start. A calming restorative experience designed to soothe the body from the ground up

Bundle 4) Air and Fire $70
This is the most popular experience and is 75 mins of pure detox bliss! We start you in our cool Himalayan Salt cave for 45 mins, followed by an additional 30 mins in our warm infrared sauna. (this package was formally known as Earth & Fire Experience and any gift certificate bought prior to 10/23 will reflect this)
Bundle 5) Air & Water $65.
This is an amazing Salt Cave and Therapeutic Foot Soak experience. This is a great option if you want to experience Spirit Tree Wellness with a friend.
Bundle 6) Fire & Water $65
Start your session off with a 30 min Therapeutic Foot Soak followed by a 30 min Sauna Session. Add an additional 15 min onto your Sauna Session for an additional $10. This must be done at time of scheduling.
Three Elemental Experiences
Elemental Passage (Air, Fire & Water) $110
Begin this journey in our Himalayan salt cave, where the breath slows, and the mind quiets, and the body is gently guided out of the noise of the outside world. This is the place of arrival - where you can fully land into yourself.
From there, move into a warm therapeutic foot soak that melts tension away, softens the body and begins to restore a natural sense of ease and flow. This journey completes in the infrared sauna. where radiant heat encourages deep release, supports circulation, and helps the body shed what no longer serves.
A simple, yet powerful elemental experience designed to clear, soften, and renew - leaving you feeling grounded, open, and restored from the inside out.
Return to Balance (Air, Earth & Water) $190
A gentle unfolding back to yourself though grounding, release, and stillness. Begin with a warm therapeutic foot soak, allowing the body to soften and the mind to fully arrive. From there, move into a 60 min massage designed to release tension, restore balance, and bring the body back to flow. This experience concludes in the quiet stillness of our Himalayan Salt Cave- intentional space for integration and breath - so you can leave not rushed, but reset, clear, and deeply settled.

Vital Awakening - (Air, Earth & Fire) $190
Begin in our Himalayan salt cave, where the breath naturally slows and the body is invited into stillness. This quiet beginning allows the nervous system, to soften and prepares you for deeper release. From there, move into a 60 - minute massage designed to unwind tension, restore balance, and bring the body back into ease. Layers of tightness begin o soften as circulation and flow are gently restored.
The Ultimate Wellness Experience! Earth, Air Fire & Water! Starting at $219
You will be able to experience all of our services in one day! You will leave here feeling like a new person with all of the healing that will take place!
*This experience can share with a friend with a little modification. Due to the smaller size of our Wellness Center and one treatment room, I am only able to massage one client at a time, therefore we offer a shorter massage of 30 mins while the other guest is in the sauna. You will start the experience together at our foot soaking session. Once you both have had your massages and infrared sauna then you will end your day of healing under cozy blankets with a cup of tea in the Salt Cave together. (price per guest is $160.00).

Any Gift Certificates bought prior to Oct 2023 for Earth & Fire Experience will be for a Salt Cave followed by 30 mins in our Infrared Sauna.
