Held within the mineral-rich stillness of the Himalayan salt cave, the vibrations of the didgeridoo move through the body like an ancient pulse, awakening memory, rhythm, and inner knowing. Rooted in ancestral traditions and refined through contemporary sound healing, this journey creates a safe, deeply held space for self-exploration and transformation. The evening begins with a gentle introduction to the didgeridoo — its origins, its role in sound therapy, and its capacity to support expanded awareness and intentional inner journeying. From there, extended didgeridoo sequences unfold, breath-driven and continuous, allowing vibration and resonance to guide participants into a meditative state where time softens and awareness turns inward.
