Spirit Tree Wellness is a small business located in Hamilton, Massachusetts.  Although we are a small wellness center, we have a lot to offer our community. We are here to treat, educate & empower our clients who are on their journey to improve their health. Our trained partitioners provide treatments through various healing modalities. We listen to each of our clients' particular needs & help facilitate a natural healing process to improve their well - being. 

For the comfort of our employees and guests Spirit Tree Wellness asks that you refrain from smoking or wearing any perfumes or cologne the day of your appointment. Due the wood in the infrared sauna being porous, we prohibit smokers to use it and the smell of perfumes will also linger. Please note, that if we do not allow heavy smokers to use of our wellness center and our staff has the right to refuse treatments. 

Elemental Healing Package Experiences


Enjoy one of signature experiences or bundle them up for a day of self-care and savings!

Option 1) Earth Starting at $120.00
Our treatment table beams love from this Earth! The majestic trunk and root system was handcrafted to make a beautiful treatment table. It was designed for comfort and warmth. Our clients love to crawl under the blankets for their sessions. The energy from the tree is pure healing. We invite you to check the different healing sessions we offer in our wellness room. You can book individual sessions online. 


Option 2) Air $40
Come enjoy a combination of halo and negative ion therapy in Northshore's only Himalayan Salt Cave! Our Sessions are 45 min long for ages 12 and over. Our Salt Cave is wonderful for younger children too and we offer children sessions. Please check our online schedule.  Private bookings are also available with an added on "water experience". Our Air & Fire Experience is a favorite among our clients! You will start in our Himalayan Salt Cave tucked into a zero-gravity chair for 45 mins, followed by 30 mins in our Infrared Sauna.

Option 3) Fire $40 - $50
Ready for fabulous detoxifying sweat? An infrared sauna session is 7 times more detoxifying than using a traditional sauna and you can burn up to 600 calories in a single session! Amazing, right? There are many other benefits to using our sauna as well. Unfortunately, for some though, due to medical conditions it may be contraindicated. In some cases, we may require a doctor's note to be held on file. Please email us with any questions or concerns. *Please note that even though our Infrared Sauna is a medical grade 2 person sauna, we still consider it to be on the smaller side and encourage only one guest in there at a time. We want you to enjoy your experience and be able to stretch out. Due to this, when booking it will only allow you to book for one guest. If you would like to come in with a friend, please reach out by email.


Option 4) Water $28
We love our Therapeutic Foot Soaks, and you will too! The only negative thing about this experience is having to choose which soak you want to try. Each of our signature blends were made for Spirit Tree Wellness by a local Aromatherapist & Herbalist. They are made to order so they are fresh and invigorating. We offer foot soaks & tea for 1 or 2 guests at a time. If you are planning on coming in with a larger group these phenomenal Foot Soaks can be brought into the Salt Cave with your private booking.

Enjoy your 60 min Therapeutic massage and then melt even more tension away in our Infrared Sauna.

Bundle 3) Earth & Water - $140 - $180
Start your experience with a relaxing foot soak followed by a 60- or 90-min massage.

This is the most popular experience and is 75 mins of pure detox bliss! We start you in our cool Himalayan Salt cave for 45 mins, followed by an additional 30 mins in our warm infrared sauna. (this package was formally known as Earth & Fire Experience and any gift certificate bought prior to 10/23 will reflect this)

Bundle 5) Air & Water $65.
This is an amazing Salt Cave and Therapeutic Foot Soak experience. This is a great option if you want to experience Spirit Tree Wellness with a friend.

Bundle 6) Fire & Water $65 
Start your session off with a 30 min Therapeutic Foot Soak followed by a 30 min Sauna Session. Add an additional 15 min onto your Sauna Session for an additional $10. This must be done at time of scheduling. 

Bundle - The Power of 3 - Air, Fire & Water $95
You will love this calming trio. It is our beloved Air & Fire with a therapeutic foot soak added on.


The Ultimate Wellness Experience! Earth, Air Fire & Water! Starting at $219
You will be able to experience all of our services in one day! You will leave here feeling like a new person with all of the healing that will take place!
*This experience can share with a friend with a little modification. Due to the smaller size of our Wellness Center and one treatment room, I am only able to massage one client at a time, therefore we offer a shorter massage of 30 mins while the other guest is in the sauna. You will start the experience together at our foot soaking session. Once you both have had your massages and infrared sauna then you will end your day of healing under cozy blankets with a cup of tea in the Salt Cave together. (price per guest is $160.00).

Do you have a group of friends that you have been trying to get together with? Maybe you are looking for something different to do with the family. Are you being really cautious with illness that arise in the Fall & Winter which limits your ability to go to public places? Look no further! We are here to pamper you and hep you unwind in a clean and healthy atmosphere.  We have many spectacular choices to add on to your private Salt Cave experience. We can offer you and your group a private restorative yoga class, or how about a Sound Healing experience? Maybe you are up for sitting in there and chatting with friends while you soak your feet in one of our phenomenal Therapeutic Foot Soaks. We have many options for you and here to help you design your experience. 
Therapeutic Foot Soaks & Tea for Two
Come on in with your best friend for a warm and cozy Therapeutic Foot Soak and a hot cup of tea. We have been working hard creating beautiful blends of herbs and essential oils for our own signature soaks that will leave your feet feeling amazing. 

Our Wellness Center is small and very cozy. We only can accommodate 2 people in our Foot Spa, but if you want to come in with more people we can move this feature into the Salt Cave as a add on to your Private Salt Cave Booking.

Sound Healings 
We have 3 amazing Sound Healers that utilize our Salt Cave, Each healing experience is different as each Sound Healer is unique with their special gifts and offerings in their sessions.

Join us for Restorative Yoga & Reiki in Our Himalayan Salt Cave!

All you need to bring is a water bottle, we provide everything else. All levels are welcome, and beginners are encouraged. Class size is limited to 6 guests. You will have a hands-on assist in every posture. Our classes are held throughout the month on Tuesdays & Thursdays. 

You can book an hour long private restorative yoga session in our Himalayan Salt Cave for you and 5 other guests. Add on a Sound Healing Experience or Therapeutic Foot Soaks. Pricing starts at $300.00. 

New Slow Flow & Restore Yoga

Join Tara Briggs in the calming atmosphere for a 75 -minute yoga experience. We will begin with a gentle slow flow yoga sequence to awaken your body and connect with your breath. Then, transition into restorative yoga postures, supported by props, to melt into deep relaxation.


To deepen your experience, enjoy Reiki energy healing during the restorative portion, promoting balance and relaxation. Cancelation Policy for Service at Spirit Tree Wellness
If you can't make your scheduled appointment, we do require a 24-hour cancelation with no penalty and 2 days is greatly appreciated to allow us to fill your spot. Missed appointments, late notice cancellations and appointments made with in the 24-hour window clients are responsible for the full amount of their appointment. This applies to Salt cave Sessions, Infrared Sauna Sessions, Foot Soaking Experiences and any individual treatments in our wellness room.
*Event tickets, including group classes are non-refundable but are transferable to another guest.
