Have you been curious about Mindfulness and the benefits of this peaceful practice? Would you like to be taught some va;uable skills that you can utilize in your daily life?
During his lecture , Ron will cover both mindfulness & meditation and its benefits to your health and well-being. You will be guided through a meditation at which time Ron will work with each participant individually with energy facilitation. By balancing energy during meditaion it will raise your vibrational frequency which will help you obtain a higher level of consciousness.
Our goal is for you to learn skills on how to manage stress by focusing on the present and increasing self awareness, which can help give a new perspective on stressful situations and help bring harmony and peace into your life.

Prana Mantra Meditation with Kampa VaShi Deva

What is Prana? Prana is a Sanskrit word that means energy, life or breath. It is the Universal energy that runs through and vitalizes all living things.
What is Mantra?
A mantra is a powerful sound or vibration that you use to enter a deep state of meditation.The word Mantra can be broken down into 2 parts "man", which means mind and "tra, which means transport or vehicle. A mantra is an instument of the mind
Transcend to a more peaceful place as Kampa guides you through meditations. You will learn an assortment of breathing exercises as well as how to comfortably sit in meditaion and access that peaceful place within you.
This class is for everyone, beginner or seasoned practitioner. Teens are welcome and encouraged to join as well.
This class is broken up into 3 classes over a 6 week period. During the break between classes we are here to support you on your journey with any questions, road blocks or concerns.
Investment $75.00 for 1 class or 3 classes for $195
* these classes will be taught in our healing Himalayan Salt Cave.
Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle and journal. All props are provided.
