Reiki Level 1 (16 & up) Sunday 3/24/24 (11am to 7pm)
*Bonus this class will be taught in our Himalayan Salt Cave. You will be receiving a full 8 hours of the healing benefits from the Salt Cave!

Practicing Reiki allows you the opportunity to heal yourself, family, friends, animals and plants by learning how to channel Reiki energy through your hands. You will learn self-Reiki as well as how to give a full Reiki treatment. Reiki stimulates the natural healing process, aids in emotional harmony, encourages relaxation and peace of mind. This course has been designed to give you a solid foundation of Reiki as well as allow you to confidently practice Reiki Healing safely and effectively.
Our Reiki 1 course includes 4 sacred attunements to aid in raising your vibration, increasing both your spiritual and universal awareness as well as awaken and strengthen your healing gift. 

Course outline and Key Contents:
Traditional Usui Reiki from a Japanese linage will be taught. Upon completion of the course and all its requirements you will be receive a Reiki 1 Certification, which allows you to practice Reiki and to be added to the lineage of Dr. Usui's system of natural healing.
This class includes:
*The history of Reiki
*The basic philosophy of the practice
*Ethics, legal responsibilities & principles of Reiki
*Meditation practice
*Chakras
*Reiki hand positions
*The importance of self-healing & methods
*The four necessary Reiki attunement(s)
*Reiki practice sessions
*The basics of using Reiki on others
*Your own healing Reiki crystal
*A full Reiki 1 manual

You will need to bring to class:
*A notebook and pen
*A bagged lunch and snacks for the day.
*Cold water and hot tea provided

*Upon completion of this class you will receive your Reiki Level 1 Certificate and you will be required to use Reiki and journal your self-healing and sessions with others for a 21-day period before continuing on to Reiki Level II
*Ongoing support is available throughout and after you finish the class
