Extraction: Water-steam distillation of the flowering tops of Clary Sage.

Directions - Blend Clary Sage with a oil and apply topically to the wrists and lower back. For a calming massage oil, blend 20 drop Clary sage with 20 drops Lavender and 1oz of carrier oil. Diffuse 3-4 drops of Clary Sage in your ultrasonic diffuser alone, or blend with other essential oils of your choice (we recommend florals and woods).
For topical application, use a 2% dilution rate.
